What should I bring to my party?

Plan on bringing your own plates, forks, napkins, tablecloth, and cake serving utensils. Do not bring a knife. If you prefer, we do sell cake serving sets in our diner for a nominal charge.

Can I bring cake and ice cream?

You can bring a cake for your celebration, but unfortunately, we do not
allow ice cream, including ice cream cakes.

Can I bring snacks or party favor bags?

Sorry, we do not allow any outside food, including snacks.

Party favor bags should be handed out as your guests leave the premises.

What about decorations?

Feel free to bring balloons, banners, and flowers. Please do not bring any
confetti.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just call 24 hours or more in advance, and we’ll be happy to change your
birthday party reservation. There is a $5.00 administrative fee.

What if I need to cancel the day of my party due to an unforeseen event or emergency?

Unfortunately, we planned our staffing with your party in mind and may have turned away other groups. For this reason, we cannot refund cash or credit cards, but we will be happy to issue you a Freeway Lanes gift card for the party less the $5.00 administration fee.

I scheduled my party, but I don’t have the minimum number of bowlers, can I still have my party?

Yes, our one-price party makes it convenient for small and large parties. Even if your party is less than the minimum number of bowlers, you will still get two lanes allowing you plenty of room to spread out.

What if I have extra guests, do I still just get two lanes?

No, we will add an extra lane to accommodate your extra guests. Give us a call the day before so we can plan on saving a lane next to you, just in case.
